How do I know if this is the right fit?

The best way to know is for us to connect directly. I offer a complimentary exploratory call so we can get a sense of whether this work aligns with your goals, your season of life, and your readiness for transformation. It’s important that the fit is right for both of us.

You can book an exploratory call HERE or through the contact page. We’ll connect to answer any questions you have, and I’ll walk you through the structure and details of my program so you can clearly determine whether it’s the right fit for your goals.

Is coaching confidential ?

Absolutely. Trust is foundational. Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential, in alignment with the International Coach Federation (ICF) ethical standards.

Do you offer virtual coaching?

Yes—all sessions are conducted via Zoom, making it easy to connect no matter where you are. I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally.

How long does coaching usually last?

I offer a 3-month minimum commitment to create meaningful, lasting change. Many clients continue for 6 months or more as their goals evolve and their capacity expands.

When the initial program is complete, many women choose to transition into Momentum Membership, where we meet once a month for an additional 6–12 months to support integration, accountability, and continued growth.

What can I expect from working with Lauren?

Through this work, you gain clarity about what you truly want, greater peace and resilience in daily life, stronger boundaries, and the confidence to pursue what matters. You’ll experience healthier relationships, freedom from limiting beliefs, and tangible progress in every area of your life. Most importantly, you step into a more empowered, intentional, and sovereign version of yourself.

Who is this NOT for?

This work isn’t a quick fix or a place to vent. It’s designed for women ready to take ownership of their growth and engage fully in the process.

It’s not a fit if:
  • You’re seeking therapy, crisis support, or mental-health treatment.
  • You want someone to tell you what to do instead of building your own inner authority.
  • You’re not ready to be honest, reflective, or accountable.
  • You prefer surface-level conversations over depth and aligned action.
  • You want change without doing the work between sessions.

If you’re not in a season where openness and commitment are available, that’s okay — the work will be here when you’re ready.

Who does Lauren work with?

I work with high-performing women—entrepreneurs, physicians, attorneys, creatives, and full-time mothers to name a few—who are ready to lead their lives with greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose.

Most of the women I coach are outwardly successful yet internally at a powerful inflection point. They’re navigating transitions such as burnout, career pivots, motherhood, divorce, leadership challenges, or the quiet realization that the life they’ve built no longer matches the woman they’re becoming.

My clients are smart, capable, intuitive, and deeply self-aware. They’ve already done the work of understanding themselves through therapy, reflection, or lived experience and now they’re ready for the next chapter: more alignment, more truth, and more sovereignty.

How many sessions are included?

I offer two private coaching pathways: an 8-session and a 12-session experience.

Each program begins with a 90-minute onboarding session where we map your goals, explore your patterns, review your intake, and establish your personal blueprint for the work ahead.

From there, you’ll meet with me for either 7 or 11 50-minute sessions, depending on your program. While the curriculum follows a clear progression, it remains flexible so we can address what’s emerging in your life in real time.

What does each session with Lauren entail?

Each session follows a clear, intentional structure. We begin with a review of your reflections, assignments, and insights from the Sovryn™ Forum to ensure your learning is being applied. From there, we set focused objectives for the session and address what’s most relevant in your current season. I guide you through the frameworks and tools that best support your progress—strategic clarity, somatic awareness, applied psychology, or identity work.

We close with a defined action plan so you leave each session grounded, supported, and moving forward with purpose.

How is executive coaching different from talk therapy?

Therapy helps you heal — understanding your past, processing trauma, and building emotional stability. Coaching is future-focused. It’s for women who already know their patterns and are ready to take action, shift behavior, and design a more aligned life.

Where therapy asks, “What happened to me?” coaching asks, “Who am I becoming — and what needs to shift to get there?”

How is Lauren's coaching different from traditional executive coaching?

My work is not traditional. It’s integrative, trauma-informed, and deeply transformational.

I combine evidence-based modalities — neuroscience, applied positive psychology, somatic awareness, and emotional intelligence — with profound spiritual wisdom and precision frameworks like Human Design, allowing each woman to understand her innate design and make choices aligned with her truth.

This work isn’t only about professional performance. It’s about identity. Who you are becoming as a leader, a mother, a partner, and a human being. It’s executive coaching with depth, truth, and sovereignty at the center.

What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching is a transformative process designed to expand your self-awareness, clarify your goals, and remove the internal and external barriers keeping you from the life you’re meant to lead.

My approach blends strategy with deep personal work — helping you align your choices with your values, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
