In addition to her early work as a first responder and her leadership in regional emergency preparedness and disaster response, Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Social Change and Innovation from the University of Southern California. Her graduate research focused on resilience and suicidality in law enforcement, giving her a deep understanding of human behavior under pressure.
This intersection of frontline experience, research, leadership, and trauma-informed practice forms the backbone of her coaching approach—allowing her to support women with clarity, depth, and a level of precision rarely found in the coaching industry.
